Tarangire – home to hundreds of elephants, big cats, giraffes, and much more, a great place to start your safari. The lush green is home to over 500 species of birds.
Lake Manyara – Along the base of the mountains of the Rift Valley is home to hippos, many species antelope, baboons, elephants, lions, and beautiful flamingoes.
Arusha National Park – The world’s largest population of giraffes are located here. View Mt. Meru, zebras, baboons, and other varieties of monkeys nestled into the lush rainforest and savannah.
Ngorongoro Conservation Area – A UNESCO World Heritage site, is home to the Big 5 (leopard, elephant, rhino, lion, cape buffalo). The crater is actually an inactive volcanic caldera with beautiful Lake Eyasi and Lake Manyara.
Serengeti – Also a UNESCO World Heritage site,this park is definitely the most popular wildlife habitat in Tanzania. The Big 5 roam here and the Great Migration is spectacular. The highest concentration of predators can provide for some exciting action. Binoculars to view the multitude of birds is a must.
Rubondo – The only island park in Tanzania is absolutely beautiful with its lush forests. Trekking into the forest for chimpanzees is a unique experience for avid hikers. The chance to see the elusive chimps is an adventure that will make for lifetime memories.

A Lifetime Trip To Remember
I highly recommend Boniface Plasidi as a driver and safari guide in Tanzania. I traveled to Tanzania last October. A friend recommended him. He was excellent. He picked me up at the hotel where I stayed the night after arriving in Kilimanjaro and took me to the lodge where I was going to stay for the duration of my trip. He was the safari guide and driver for a small group who met at the lodge. One safari was to Tarangire and the other to the Ngorongoro Crater. I was amazed at his knowledge of wildlife; not only the animals, but also a huge variety of different birds.
His ability to locate and spot wildlife in the distance was absolutely amazing. He was very attentive to the people in the safari van, pulling over any time we wanted to take a photo, or watch something. He took great care of us, found wonderful picnic spots with toilet facilities and made sure we had lots of beverages to drink and excellent food. I had a delightful time, and can’t recommend him highly enough.

Boniface is an amazing safari driver and an even better human being. He is attentive to every detail. He wants to make the experience as memorable as possible for everyone. He knows the animals and their behavior so well I think other guides follow him because of incredible intuition and ability to spot animals most others drive by. His vehicle is always clean each morning, ready for another day of safari. He takes care of any issues or concerns at each lodge. He has a great sense of humor and we found ourselves laughing together during the animal drives and during our evenings.
Experiences you will never forget
Boniface is one of a kind as I have been on several Safari’s with him and keep coming back! He delivers excellent customer service. Is amazing at spotting the animals, and knows all the history and different species of anything you may see! He is well organized and takes care of everything. I just returned a few days ago and the last day we saw 21 Lions! Was amazing and Boniface is the best. Highly recommend..
The most incredible experience of my life!!!
Boniface was our safari guide to the central & southern Serengeti. It was the most incredible three days of my life. We saw so many animals and Boniface was able to tell us the exact name of the animals. He knew where to find them and he did not disappoint!!! He was very attentive to our needs and would give us ample time for pictures and videos. I highly recommend him.
Great safari in TZ
Boniface was the ultimate guide and organized our trip to TZ from start to finish. All we had to do was reserve our airline flights. From picking us up at airport, accommodations, meals, park entry fees, transport, and all planned activities it was perfect. Highly recommend his company.
